Pricing Errors

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Direct-Sails reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at that price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your card has been charged, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Direct-Sails (Cliffside Sails Limited), its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (“Service Providers”) from any claims, losses, or expenses—including legal fees—arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of your account.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, you must call the customer service number listed on our website for your region. Email cancellations are not accepted. Your payment of a deposit signifies your agreement with this cancelation policy. Once Your address details are provided and your account is opened, payments are scheduled and pre-design, material purchase and project management begins prior to your final measurements being submitted.
 

• Cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order are penalty-free.

• Once your deposit is processed, your project begins. This payment confirms your acceptance of our cancellation policy.

• If you cancel after 24 hours but before submitting measurements, a $150 USD administration fee applies.

• If you cancel after submitting measurements or after 7 days, a $300 USD administration and design fee applies.

• Cancellations after 7 days incur a $500 USD administration fee.

• No cancellations are accepted after 14 days.

• Once a sail enters production, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Warranty Claims

All warranty-related issues must be handled exclusively through Direct-Sails’ official warranty procedure. This ensures proper evaluation, documentation, and resolution of any product concerns.

• Warranty claims submitted outside of our designated process will not be accepted or processed.

• Sails are covered by our standard 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects of your sail 

• Customers must follow all instructions provided by Direct-Sails (Cliffside Sails Limited) regarding warranty evaluation, including submission of required documentation, photographs, and measurements.

• Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party interventions will void the warranty.

Refunds

Direct-Sails (Cliffside Sails Limited) is committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. However, due to the nature of our custom manufacturing process, we maintain the following refund policy:

• Refunds or part refunds will only be considered after any all attempts at warranty repair or rework are exhausted

• Refunds or part refunds are only available within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• After 30 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Direct-Sails (Cliffside Sails Limited) before any funds are returned
